Reviews and Ratings <br />
This resort offers a rustic charm and is an excellent base for outdoor activities, especially near Mount Rainier National Park. The staff went above and beyond during a recent storm, showing dedication and kindness during challenging times. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the lack of air conditioning can make them stuffy in warmer weather. The dining options are limited, so it's best to come prepared with your own food.
My experience at this hotel was bittersweet. On one hand, the location near outdoor adventures and hiking trails is fantastic, and I loved the clean and cozy room with a kitchenette and fireplace. However, the service left much to be desired, especially when dealing with customer issues.
I had a fantastic stay at this resort spa, which is nestled in a beautiful forest with magical surroundings. The accommodations were warm and cozy, perfect for a birthday celebration, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after skiing. However, I found the dining options a bit limited and the amenities could use a refresh. Overall, it was a lovely experience, but there are areas for improvement!
Our stay at this resort spa was a mix of highs and lows. While the location was stunning and the amenities were fantastic, the room we were given was far from perfect, and we encountered some serious safety concerns with the loft suite. Overall, there were great aspects, but we left feeling less than satisfied.
The resort has some nice features like a private hot tub and a peaceful atmosphere, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations considering the high price tag. The room was not adequately prepared, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the management's response to our situation was disappointing, lacking empathy during a challenging time. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort based on our experience.
